Love this article by Brad Wilcox. And I've always struggled on and off with writing in a journal. But, it is so true that it's not for anyone ride to benefit from as much as it helps me grow. I'm doing pretty good about taking scripture notes and I write ideas in a blog. But, I'd like to get better about writing my daily activities as well. My book of Nephi. :-) And I'm going to make sure each of my kids have a journal now, too.
